Patient Portal
Policies and limitations of portal use:
Do not use the portal for medical emergencies- please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
No treatment plan will be initiated through the portal.
Refills only for existing medications. No new medications will be provided without an evaluation.
Appointments can be scheduled through portal but only during office hours.
Portal messages will not be monitored on the weekends or when the office is closed in the evenings or holidays.
Immunization records may be printed through your portal but physical forms can only be picked up at our office since these forms require a signature.
Please allow 72 hours for a non-urgent portal message.
Paperwork may be submitted through the portal but you should receive a confirmation that we received it. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the office. Please allow 1 week for completion of paperwork.
